The Full Federal Court has allowed the appeal by Nine Network Australia Pty
Ltd of the decision concerning the reproduction of weekly tv guides by IceTV
Ltd.

The Court held that IceTV appropriated the labour and skill used to create
Nine¹s compilations by indirectly copying a substantial part of them.
